Great customer service! Text and immediate follow ups! I was in the loop the whole time. These guys are the best of the best! I finally bought a brand new car and one week later got hit (while parked, nonetheless). Came in the next day for an estimate and Rich emailed me right away with a full estimate & pictures. Despite having to go through the other persons insurance (which took forever), the process with Daland was so smooth and easy.
